The staff were incredibly nice, polite, and professional, which was a great help when traveling with our energetic 1-year-old. The restaurant staff, in particular, stood out with their amazing service. The water park and surrounding areas were well-designed, perfect for family time. It was refreshing to see a place in Bulgaria that had a stylish and non-kitschy vibe. we had a wonderful experience, with plenty of activities for both small and older kids.
